Services
Ruhanisoft provides PHP and Laravel software development services, including but not limited to custom web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, and related consulting. Specific project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately in writing (e.g. a proposal or contract) before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access/credentials, and accurate information required to complete a project. Delays caused by missing input from the client may affect delivery timelines.
Payments
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are defined per project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding invoices are settled.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-developed code transfers to the client upon full payment. Ruhanisoft retains the right to reuse general-purpose components, libraries, and know-how developed during the engagement.
Warranties & Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but we do not warrant that our services will be completely error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruhanisoft's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
